Demolitions and Settler Violence Displace Families in Area C and East Jerusalem
OCHA triggered an emergency response to the demolition of Palestinian-owned structures lacking building permits. Between April 14 and April 20, 2026, 40 structures were destroyed across Area C and East Jerusalem, displacing 58 Palestinians (including 26 children).
