IDF Targets Hamas Cell in Central Gaza Planning Imminent Terror Attacks
Israeli Defense Forces, working with the Shin Bet, neutralized a Hamas terrorist cell in central Gaza on April 12, 2026. The military reported that the cell members were planning an imminent attack against Israeli troops near the 'Yellow Line' and had previously participated in the October 7, 2023, massacre. The operation comes amid a broader regional conflict where Israel continues to strike infrastructure in Gaza while managing fronts in Lebanon and Iran.
