Israeli military issues emergency maritime warning for southern Lebanon coast
The Israeli military on Tuesday, April 7, issued an urgent warning to all vessels anchored or sailing between Tyre and Ras Naqoura in southern Lebanon. All ships were ordered to immediately move north of Tyre to avoid imminent military action. This maritime exclusion zone signals a likely expansion of naval or aerial strikes against coastal targets. The warning comes amid heightened tensions and reported Israeli airstrikes in Lebanese border villages that killed seven people over the preceding 48 hours.
