US F-15E Strike Fighter Shot Down Over Iran During Air Campaign
Unspecified US and Israeli officials confirmed that an Iranian air defense system shot down a US Air Force F-15E over Iranian territory on April 3, 2026. The incident occurred during an ongoing joint military operation against Tehran's strategic infrastructure.
